Green Tahini Sauce

Ingredients (Makes about 6 servings):

  • 1/2 cup tahini

  • 1/2 cup parsley leaves, chopped

  • 1/2 cup cilantro leaves, chopped

  • 2 Tbs fresh dill

  • 2 cloves garlic, peeled

  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice

  • 1 Tbs honey

  • 1/2 tsp kosher salt + more to taste

Instructions:

  • Add all ingredients into a food processor. Pulse to combine. Gradually add 1/4 cup water to thin out the sauce. Add another 1/4 cup for more of a dressing-like consistency.

  • Recommend pairing with falafel or Mediterranean turkey patties on a sandwich or salad. Enjoy!
