Welcome!

Hi! My name is Rachel Master. I am a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) and Certified Eating Disorder Specialist (CEDS). Food and cooking have always been a big part of my life. My philosophy as a dietitian has always been to teach people how to understand food, love food and respect their bodies. I consider myself an “anti-diet dietitian”. Most people when they hear the word dietitian think I promote diets, dieting or weight loss. I can understand the misconception because diet is literally in the name but that’s not what I’m about. I will never use the words “good foods”, “bad foods”, “healthy” or “unhealthy” to describe food because it is inherently innocent.

I strive to simplify nutrition and provide my clients with the tools necessary to achieve optimal health and higher self-confidence without an emphasis on weight loss. I use Intuitive Eating principles and love to help people feel more connected and present in their own bodies as well as learn to trust and understand their body’s cues.

I am an Arizona native, received my bachelor’s of Science degree from the University of Arizona where I also competed my dietetic internship. I have worked in all levels of care as a Registered Dietitian and also have experience working as a private chef.
