Hi! My name is Rachel Master. I am a registered dietitian and wannabe chef. 2020 has brought me some challenges and in turn has forced me to get to know myself better than ever before. My passion for food has taken a turn and I have found cooking to be my most effecting coping technique. I decided to start a food blog in attempt to keep all my recipes in one place. At first I had no intention to share this with anyone else, but then a few people asked for my recipes (best compliment of all time) so I decided to share my collection with others. Even if I bring inspiration to one person, this seems worth it to me, plus I find it so fun!
